Trembling Hoop
Who says you need to keep the hoop around your waist to call it hula hooping?
I love this video because it shows a little more of what can be done with a hoop. I find this video inspiring as I feel that the artist is playing with so much passion and emotion that comes through her hoop.

Hoop kick up and catch
In this video you will use twin hoops. Get one going around your waist and then with the second hoop laying at your feet, get your foot underneath it and kick it up to yourself. You need to be able to do the kick up with one hoop before attempting this more difficult trick.
