		<description>the hoop size doesnt make too much a difference.. i have found while making dozens of hoops that the hoop should come to about your belly button from the ground.. and as for the tricks and what to use.. the 160 is easier for beginners to learn the motions but as posted prior, will definately cause bruising... the 100psi is what i use for my hoop sales and all of my customers seem to be happy with the results... if you need to add a little weight, throw an extra layer of duct tape over the tube before your final design..</description>
